DSCC & DSB&G FC Traveler clean up

On Friday 18th September St Peters playing fields were occupied by some travelers who have caused, at the moment, a great amount of disruption to our sporting calendar and an unknown amount of damage.
Due to them being here the both the Cricket Club and the Boys & Girls Football club have incurred additional costs for security to keep the area safe for both clubs and the members of public that enjoy the facilities.
In a season for the cricket club which was already shortened to 10 weeks they missed out on their end of season events to raise much needed funds for the club to continue with their work on St Peters Playing Fields.
Any money raised on this page will go towards paying the cost of security which has been on every night since their occupancy, the cost of cleaning up and repairs as well as improving security on the site to help stop this happening again.
In the current climate any support for both clubs would be greatly appreciated.
