Dru Schlosser Memorial Fund

Thank you for visiting the Dru Schlosser memorial fund, created in honor of Dru Schlosser; Father, Husband, Son, Brother, Uncle and Teacher. Our family unexpectedly lost Dru on April 6, 2019. Dru was a loving father to three young children and leaves behind a now single mother. As a long time teacher in the East Hartford Public School System, Dru was an expert at bringing a smile to your face. My hope in creating this Go Fund Me is to help eleveate some of the finacial burden left upon my sister. Our family is doing whatever possible to aid my Sister, however, we are looking for the support of friends and members of the community. We simply cannot eleveate as much pain as we would like to without the help of others. Proceeds will go to help defray expenses incurred as a result of this unimaginable loss, as well as to maintain as normal of a life as possible for the children. Specifically, my sister needs support with funeral expenses, child care, evey-day living and college savings for 3 children under the age of ten. Additionally, we hope to raise enough so that she is not forced to sell the children's home. Thank you in advance for any support you send, whether financial or not. We are extremely grateful for our community's generosity and know Dru whole-heartedly appreciates any and all support for his children.
