Drowning under bills and can’t catch up

Somewhere around July or August my Sallie Mae student loans increased. I have 3 of them and because of this it has thrown everything else outta whack financially. I can’t pay other bills or rent effectively. Also my rent increased in July. I was able to pay July’s rent, but August, Sept and now Oct is a struggle. I just got an email from my landlord threatening to terminate my lease if I don’t at least pay the past due amount. I don’t even have that. Not to mention utility bills. My electric bill is ridiculous and continues to be ridiculous. I’m chipping away at it but I'm not chipping away enough. Everything is behind because of these loans. I’m stuck behind a blackball with them because of the power struggle with my co-signer. So I’m literally stuck but I’m the one getting the financial brunt of all of this. I’m drowning. I’m just trying to keep afloat. But it’s difficult when everything is going up. I just need to catch up and not be so frantic trying to pay rent or other bills. I need help
