Hi, My name is Molly Hocking, I am 16 years old and live on a farm in South west Victoria.  I am  wanting to help some drought affected school kids my age, have something to look forward to and not just seeing dust and feeding starving stock .  I rang some secondary schools in NSW and asked what areas are the most affected by the drought.  Bourke Secondary school kept being mentioned. I have spoken to the Ag teacher  Kylie Dunn and asked what can I do to help these kids.  She said they have never been on an excursion and for many of them their all-time dream  is to get away from the dry conditions and see the ocean.   Along with this page I have also chosen a heifer and steer from our Angus stud, and with the help of Farmgate stockfeed and  Ben McVean from SKB Rodwells  Stockagents will be auctioning these off  Mid November with 100% of the profits going to these kids and their excursion.  Yes it is the farmers who are suffering but  so are their kids.  Even if you can only donate a few dollars I would be so grateful.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
