DRIVE for Joseph
Joseph Toomey was in a car accident 2 weeks after his 16th birthday. The accident left him paralyzed, a quadrapalegic.
Despite his daily challenges , Joseph is a student at the University of Mobile. He has had a tremendous amount of adversity in his life and more hurdles to overcome than I can ever imagine. Yet every day he tackles the day new with a love for this life and a love for Christ. He is our inspiration and our hometown hero.
Joseph is very shy about any attention being placed on him. This campaign was started by his friends and family who want Joseph to have safe reliable transportation to college. And, If we can raise excess funds, we would like to set up an account to distribute a monthly income to help him with his necessities. We believe this helping hand will at least help the financial burden until he can graduate and start his careet.
