As my birthday approaches, I’m finding the courage to open up and ask for support in a way that feels both vulnerable and deeply necessary.

I’m raising funds to purchase a safe, reliable vehicle—something that has become essential not only for my personal safety but also for my ability to continue offering my service to others. Many of you know that I cook and share food as medicine, often traveling to remote locations, carrying heavy cooking tools and ingredients to nourish others during retreats and healing gatherings. Transportation is one of the main tools that allows me to do this work with presence, love, and integrity.

After many years of relying on old, unsafe cars and facing dangerous situations on the road, I’ve realized it’s time to invest in something that reflects the value of the path I’m walking—and the people I’m serving. This is not easy for me to ask. I’ve hesitated because I know GoFundMe is often used for emergencies and life-threatening situations. But I’ve come to understand that safe transportation *is* a life-sustaining need, and this request comes from a place of care, not only for myself, but for everyone I come into contact with on the road and in service.
