Ich heiße Mirana und wohne in Bodelshausen. Ich bin Mutter von zwillinge. Seit dem 30.05.2018 ist bei meinem kleinen Bruder Hasina Rakotomalala Bluthochdruck und Nierenversagen diagnostiziert worden. Nierenversagen entsteht durch die fortschreitende und irreversible Zerstörung der Nieren. Sie führt zum Tod des Patienten, wenn keine adäquate Behandlung durchgeführt wird. Die Zeit ist knapp, mit 28 Jahren und als Vater eines 2-jährigen Jungen ist Hasina noch zu jung zum Sterben. Seine Familie braucht ihn bei guter Gesundheit. Derzeit unterzieht sich Hasina einer wöchentlichen Dialyse. Sein Blut wird mit einer externen Maschine gereinigt. Die Dialyse ist eine vorübergehende Lösung, um die Schmerzen zu lindern und ihm Zeit zu verschaffen. Laut seinem behandelnden Arzt sollte er für eine Nierentransplantation ins Ausland gebracht werden, da seine Nieren zu sehr geschädigt sind. Der Arzt stellte uns die Möglichkeit einer Evakuierung nach Indien mit geschätzten Kosten von 30.000 € vor. Die Summe beinhaltet alle Kosten wie Krankenhausgebühren und Flugkosten für den Patienten und den Spender. Die Nierenspenderin würde unsere Mutter sein.
Im Moment konnten wir diese Chance aufgrund unserer finanziellen Situation nicht wahrnehmen. Deshalb bitten wir Sie um Ihre Hilfe, um dieses Geld aufzubringen und Hasina eine Transplantation zu ermöglichen.
Hasina ist zurzeit in Madagaskar und kämpft jeden Tag um sein Leben und um sein Sohn aufwachsen zu sehen. Mit eurer Hilfe hat er eine Chance das Nierenversagen zu besiegen. My name is Mirana, I live in Bodelshausen and I am a mother of twins. On the 30th of May 2018, my little brother Hasina Rakotomalala has been diagnosed with hypertension and kidney failure. Kidney failure occurs due to the progressive and irreversible destruction of the kidneys. It leads to the death of the patient if adequate treatment is not given. Time is short; at 28 years old and as the father of a 2-year-old boy, Hasina is still too young to die. His family needs him to be in good health. Currently, Hasina undergoes weekly dialysis. His blood is cleaned with an external machine. Dialysis is a temporary solution to ease the pain and buy him time. According to his attending physician, he should be taken abroad for a kidney transplant because his kidneys are too damaged. The doctor presented us with the possibility of evacuation to India at an estimated cost of €30,000. The sum includes all costs such as hospital fees and airfare for the patient and the donor. The kidney donor would be our mother.
At the moment we could not take this chance because of our financial situation. Therefore, we are asking for your help to raise this money and make transplantation possible for Hasina.
Hasina is currently in Madagascar and is fighting every day for his life and to see his son grow up. With your help he has a chance to beat kidney failure. Therefore we ask you to support us, every Euro counts. We would be very happy if you could share this page.

Je m'appelle Mirana, je vis à Bodelshausen et je suis mère de jumeaux. Depuis 30.05.2018, mon petit frère Hasina Rakotomalala a été diagnostiqué d'une hypertension et d‘insuffisance rénale. L'insuffisance rénale résulte de la destruction progressive et irréversible des reins. Elle se solde par la mort du patient si aucun traitement adéquat n’est appliqué. Le temps court, à 28 ans et étant père d’un petit garçon de 2 ans: Hasina est encore trop jeune pour mourir. Sa famille a besoin de lui en bonne santé. Actuellement, Hasina fait une dialyse chaque semaine. Son sang est nettoyé grâce à une machine externe. La dialyse est une solution temporaire pour apaiser ses maux et l’acheter du temps. Selon son médecin traitant, il devrait être évacuer dans un pays étranger pour subir une transplantation de rein car ses reins sont trop endommagés. Le médecin nous a présenté l’opportunité d’une évacuation en Inde avec un prix estimatif de 30.000 €. La somme comprend tous les frais compris tels que les frais d’hôpitaux et les frais d’avion du patient et du donneur. Le donneur de rein serait notre mère.
Actuelllement, à cause de notre situation financière, on n’a pas pu saisir cette opportunité. C’est pour cela qu’on vous demande votre aide pour pouvoir réunir cette somme et permettre á Hasina d’avoir une transplantation. Hasina est actuellement à Madagascar et se bat tous les jours pour sa vie et pour voir son fils grandir. Avec votre aide, il a une chance de vaincre son insuffisance rénale.
