Three months and three days ago I had to suddenly bury my brother who passed away at 51. I made a gofundme to help with his funeral arrangements and so many friends and family came to our aid and I appreciate you all. Last June my father passed away from terminal cancer. Today I ask for you help once again.


Today I have to bury my sister, Patricia, who died suddenly at 49 of medical complications. Patricia started her adult life wanting to work with children. She was a teacher for Pre-K children and then worked with ESE students. While working she was injured by a student who slammed a door on her hand and she was no longer able to work. She began having medical issues with her stomach. She had to have surgery to remove part of her stomach, which caused the rest of her stomach to stop working. She needed emergency surgery to remove all of her stomach. Since then she had had numerous issues recovering and numerous surgeries trying to keep her alive. As time has gone on from surgery to surgery she has become more malnourished. Yesterday she was found by her daughter passed away at her home. 


Since she has not worked, she has been on government assistance to live and has no medical insurance or savings. She leaves behind 4 children and no husband. I am raising money to help with the funeral, which we have planned today. In the last nine months I have had to bury my father, brother, and sister. It has been an extremely stressful time for our family. As I feel alone, I value the friends and family that have come together for my family in this time of need. The viewing will be held at Gentry -Morrison Funeral Home at Serenity Gardens located at 3350 Mall Hill Drive, Lakeland, Fl on Monday March 15, 2021 from 1000am-1130am. It is open to the public if you wish to attend.
