Can you help Drew pay his mounting medical bills?

My brother, Drew, was recently diagnosed with Stage 3 esophageal cancer caused by chronic gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). As you can imagine, the cancer has taken a toll on him physically, emotionally, and financially. After starting radiation and chemotherapy, the treatment was paused as his hemoglobin fell to critically low levels and several blood transfusions were completed in the Oxnard, CA emergency room. Despite being a large tumor in stage 3, the cancer has not affected organs and the doctors feel good about the treatment plan. Drew is now undergoing treatment including radiation and chemotherapy followed by surgery.

Though Drew has health insurance, the insurance company is not willing to cover all the costs. Drew's portion of the expense is expected to be in the tens of thousands. This fundraiser is aimed at helping with some of those costs.
