Friends and chosen family, i come to you for solidarity and support during this difficult time. Three weeks ago the new transphobic administration at my job terminated me without warning or any reason. My heart was broken, I have been in my position at the same building for over 5 years and I absolutely loved my job and all the clients I worked for. Friends i was devastated and felt my life turned upside down , still grieving from the loss of my mother, still battling long haul covid symptoms and now this? Having the carpet pulled from under me in a split second really took a toll on my mental health, making this gofundme was a very hard decision to make but Iam here now reaching out to my community for assistance. Since I live pay check to pay check and losing my job without warning my bills are starting to pile up, although I have applied for unemployment, that however could take up to 6 weeks to get to me thats assuming everything checks out I get it. Til then I ask if you my community can help with any donations until I can get back on my feet.
