Drew and Jasmine - Camp Fire Fund

Donation protected
On November 8th our wonderful son and brother, Drew Miller, and his amazing girlfriend, Jasmine Jarocki, lost their home in Paradise, CA to the heartbreaking and devastating Camp Fire.  Most importantly, and what we are forever grateful for, is they made it out alive.

As of today the fire is still raging out of control with over 111,000 acres destroyed, 6,453 houses destroyed and over 260 commercial buildings destroyed.  It is only 25% contained.  Sadly 29 lives have been lost with another 228 still reported missing.

Almost the entire town of Paradise has burned down.

With very little time to evacuate and save their 4 Dogs, 3 Horses and numerous Chickens and Rabbits, they were only able to grab a handful of clothes each.

Many of you have asked how you can help (thank you!) and a quick and easy donation will allow them to slowly start putting their life back together.

Drew is a sheriff’s deputy and Jasmine is an animal control officer, so they’ve both been working around the clock since the fire started.  This has given them little time to think about the things they need – but they basically need everything.  It breaks my heart to say that they have not seen each other since Jasmine drove away from their house to go save the horses as Drew stayed at the house to grab the dogs.  Jas works the day shift and Drew works graveyard, so not even a hug.  I can't wait for the call that they are finally together.

A specific and special request from Drew is that he lost a collection of over 500 shoulder patches from different law enforcement agencies (see pictures).  If you happen to have any that you would like to share with him so that he can restart his collection – he would be forever grateful.  Or ask your local agency to donate one to him – THANK YOU!
For those of you who know what a "challenge coin collection" is - he lost that, as well and would love to start rebuilding it.

Their shop was 100% destroyed, as well, and they lost every tool they own – if anyone happens to have duplicates of tools they would like to donate - please contact us.

Until they secure a P.O. Box address, if you have anything you’d like to mail please contact us.  Click on the envelope next to "Team D.J." on the main GoFundMe page.

Thank you all so much.  Please keep everyone affected in your good thoughts and prayers.   There are over 4,000 firefighters from numerous states in Paradise helping to kick the Camp Fire’s ass.  Please feel free to share this - THANK YOU!
