Drew and Angela Fire Fund

Hello my name is Tina Martin and I am setting up a fund for my sister, brother in law and their (almost) 3 year old son after they lost all of their belongings in a fire this morning. My sister, Angela, awoke to her alarm as usual at 6 am. Only when she opened her eyes today, she could hardly see through the smoke billowing in her bedroom. She immediately ran to her son Andrew's room and grabbed him. Without another thought, she pushed through the black smoke to her front door. They made it out safe and sound. Drew had already left for work. The police officers were able to rescue their dog, Milly. Who was in need of oxygen and was rushed to the vet where she is in need of additional care for smoke inhalation. The vet bill has already been quoted at minimally $6,000! The cause was the stove. They've rented their home for seven years and did not have renter's insurance. Angela works full time as a Medical Assistant and goes to school full time for her Nursing degree. Drew works full time as a truck driver for a local company. At this point, it looks as though it may be a total loss. All of the toys, clothes for three and furniture, bedding, kitchen appliances and cooking ware will add up fast. Not that there is ever a good time to lose all of your memories and belongings but right before the holidays makes this time of year just a little more stressful.
