Dress to Impress with Fashions for Less event will be held in loving memory for Noirín De Barra who spread love and kindness to everyone she met and always lent a listening ear to those in need. It will aim to reflect her passion for fashion and passion for spreading mental health awareness!

Noirín always felt very strongly about improving mental health services in Limerick and expressed ideas for a community space where people can come and make connections, join activities and get information about how to access services in Limerick in a non-clinical more inclusive setting.

In line with Noirín’s wishes all proceeds raised will go towards Limerick Mental Health Association and new Solace Cafe A FREE out of hours mental health service aimed at providing crucial support in Limerick City

It will provide a welcoming, non-clinical, safe environment in the style of a café. People who come to Solace Cafés will be able to learn about coping strategies and access a range of supports – including one-to-one, peer, psychosocial and recovery supports. When appropriate, Café staff will assist people by signposting them to other relevant mental health and well-being services locally.

So please show support and come down to Wickham Way on 16th August, 10am to 3pm and grab some bargains at Dress to Impress with Fashions for Less at this Fab Fiver Event! Everything 5 euro from clothes to accessories, books and bric-a-brac!!
