Ayman is a gifted, thoughtful and caring young man with a serious commitment to pursue his dream of being a medical doctor.

Having completed three years of study in Medicine and Surgery at Al Fashir University in Sudan, he was forced to flee his country, Sudan, due to the conflict, particularly his home region. However, staying in Sudan was simply not an option, which is why he decided to embark on the treacherous journey to England as a refugee, with his belongings, precious dreams and hopes of a better future.

However, Ayman is currently stranded: unable to continue his studies because many academic institutions in the United Kingdom will not accept his 3 years of study in Sudan. He also cannot access student loans or finance because of his immigration status as an Asylum seeker. Therefore he needs to raise funds to cover the cost of an access programme to continue his medical studies: having received various offers from many institutions including City of Bristol College, Nottingham College and Sheffield College. Whilst the total cost for the Access course is about £3,300, any gift offered will make a difference; enabling him to pursue his dream of being a Medical doctor.
