Last year, a wealthy charter school bought out our previous building on our first community block (The video above is from our last space but the initiatives remain the same). Unfortunately, it was not the easiest transition both because of our relationship with the community, but also because of the circumstances that promoted gentrification that pushed us out -- the individuals representing the charter school were lack of a better word, corporate "bullies". After months of searching, we finally found a space which would eventually grow into the new and improved Dreamhaus, just south of Downtown LA. There are improvements to be made as we imagine for Dreamhaus to be a hub for creatives for the community and beyond. We look forward to hosting events, talks, workshops and more to contribute to the art community, but also our surrounding environment, in which we call our new home. We are sincere to our cause, are pioneers in our cultures and hope to give a voice to those around us through the visual arts.

We are kindly seeking help in our renovation initiatives occurring in the next couple of months.
