My name is Chendi. I love music. I started learning piano at the age of 5 with the distinguished piano teacher, Mrs. Irina Gorin. Just this past summer, I won the Grand Prize in an international piano competition. Music has made all the difference in my life. Music makes me smile and laugh when I'm happy. Music is a relief when I'm mad. Music clears my mind of confusions. Music is my comfort when I'm sad. "When words fail, music speaks." This summer I have the chance to go to the Schlern International Music Festival, an intense three-week piano camp filled with master classes, concerts, and legendary musicians.
