Help me get a real bed

My name is Tyler. I'm 32 years old, I'm disabled, and I live on SSI. For the past two and a half years, I've been sleeping on a cheap futon with memory foam mattress pads stacked on it. You can see it in the header image along with my cat, Zina.

As you can probably imagine, this is taking a physical toll. As I type this, I've been dealing with pain and swelling in my back, neck, and left shoulder accompanied by cold sensations in my back, shoulder, and left arm for several weeks (and I will be seeing a doctor about that soon). I'm starting this fundraiser so I can finally—hopefully—get an actual bed and prevent these problems from getting any worse.

I've found what looks to be a decent mattress for a decent price: a Silk & Snow full-size hybrid mattress which is currently on sale for $700 (down from $850) and includes free sheets, pillows, a duvet, and a mattress protector (though I don't know how long this offer lasts; it's apparently a "birthday sale"). This is by far the biggest focus for me with this fundraiser. I don't want to ask people for an exorbitant amount of money, but I also don't want to take a sideways step to something that will continue to exacerbate my back problems. This seems like a decent compromise. Mattresses are expensive.

I'm not going to be too fussy about the frame; I'm looking at a couple around $120 on Amazon. I figured I'd overshoot a bit to cover fees, taxes, unexpected price changes, etc. Anything that doesn't go towards the bed will be used for groceries or other necessities.

I've never done this before, and I'm not great at asking for or accepting help, especially in terms of money. My brain is screaming against the sense of vulnerability in doing this as I type. I just can't sleep like this anymore. I appreciate anyone who donates or shares this more than I can tell you.
