Over the past 5 years, I have spent much of my time volunteering worldwide in under-serviced countries. We have been to India and Greece, Jamaica, Egypt, Panama and spend one day a week volunteering with a local wildlife rescue and a few months ago we travelled to Poland for 2 weeks...and soon I will be returning only this time I will be crossing into the war-torn country.

This latest fundraiser is to help with my upcoming trip from July 19th to August 2nd, helping care for displaced and injured animals. There is a makeshift animal clinic ready to treat the animals - many have burns, lacerations, a few have been purposefully shot. The animal shelter has almost everything needed, except for a veterinarian. That is where I come in.
