Javie’s Twins TTTS syndrome
Donation protected
Our first grand baby twins 17 weeks today was diagnosed with twin to twin transfusion syndrome TTTS. It’s a rare condition for identical twins sharing one placenta and sac. One baby gets more nutrients and oxygen blood supply and the other twins get less, which makes the unequal growth of both babies. If this condition left untreated survival rate of the twins 15% with complications. Treatment options recommended for TTTS was fetoscopic laser ablation surgery. This procedure gives us 85% survival rate for one twin and 65% chance for both twins. My daughter’s pediatrician recommended UCSF for her treatment. We are anticipating higher cost of treatment and expenses for her treatment. We are seeking generous and kind hearted people to help us get through this situation. We need your kind support and prayers. Thank you all and may God Bless you all.
