We are family of Dr. Mukesh Amin who passed away three days ago after battling with Stage 4 cancer for the last 10 months.
In his memory of his journey, we are fundraising for two charities that have become close to our hearts.
1. City of Hope - a leading research and treatment center in Southern California for cancer, diabetes and other life-threatening diseases. Throughout our journey, the nurses, doctors, and staff provided the best quality of care – treating him with love and kindness, not just tackling the disease at hand.
2. American Cancer Society - dedicated to helping people who face cancer through raising awareness and research to find a cure for cancer.
The way this will work is that once the money is received and the fundraising is completed, we will split the amount in half and send two separate checks to the two organizations below:

Those lucky enough to meet Mukesh knew of his generosity and devotion to all around him. He was a hardworking doctor with his practice in Upland helping hundreds of patients each year. This last year he fought for his family with life-changing surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy.
Although Mukesh was taken too soon from our lives, we hope this fundraiser in his memory will help other people in their battle.
That’s why your support during this time brings light to us all. Your contributions, big or small, will make a huge difference.
