Drain the Kitchen

We hate to ask, but we need to. We're about to celebrate our 3 year anniversary in business but our pipes are about 300 years old. Ok, tiniest exaggeration, but they're old. They were unable to keep up with the pressure of supporting 35 food businesses sharing our kitchen. We need to break through our floor to clear the pipes so we can continue operating without flooding. It's a repair that unfortunately can't wait and just wasn't in the budget.
