Support Splinter's Surgery and Recovery

Im looking to raise some money to help get Splinter a surgery. He’s developed this mass on his shoulder that’s now heavy and falling down the side of his body.

I’ve found a vet willing to remove the mass and not charge crazy amounts. But the bill is still between $328 and $708. With the holidays things are a little tight so just looking for any help. And money raised above his bill will be donated to a local animal rescue.
