Dr. Tyler Wallace: Healthcare & Memorial Expenses

Dear Family, Friends, Coworkers, and Community:
Saturday, January 18th, 2020, Dr. Tyler Wallace, was driving home from his post medical training class in Smyrna, GA when his vehicle was struck by another motor vehicle. Due to the high impact of the collision, the jaws of life were used by emergency personnel to access Tyler prior to rushing him to emergency surgery. The other motorist involved in the collision was taken into police custody after being cited for driving while under the influence. Tyler graduated from UGA in 2016, as well as Augusta Medical College in May of 2019. Following, Tyler completed his USMLE board exams to begin his practice in Physical Therapy, June 2019.
The case is still under investigation and more details will be shared when legally capable. For Tyler's immediate family, he is survived by his parents Tara and Valarie Wallace , and his sisters Charisse & Danielle. On behalf of Dr. Tyler Wallace & his family, we are humbly asking for family, friends, and community support in raising funds for Tyler's medical expenses, burial, and memorial service expenses. Remaining contributions will be transferred to Dr. Tyler Wallace's future foundation that will be established to memorialize his dedication to medical science/research and organized community outreach programs.
