At the end of May, my dad, Dr. Serhii Haidash, passed away unexpectedly. He was a dedicated family doctor, a kind friend, and most importantly, my father. His loss has been incredibly difficult to process, especially as I find myself handling everything on my own.

My dad was deeply loved by many — not just for his work as a physician, but for the way he treated people with patience, care, and respect. I’ve been touched by the messages from patients and friends sharing how much he meant to them.

I’m currently in school and doing my best to manage everything, but covering the cost of funeral and memorial arrangements on my own has been overwhelming. I’m creating this fundraiser to ask for help in giving him the respectful and meaningful goodbye he deserves.
