Over 20 years ago Dr. Sef Farias, an army veteran, came to NWI to serve our community as a surgeon. He has touched many lives by healing them of their ailments and lending a listening ear to those with a catastrophic diagnosis. Now he needs our help!!

On August 21st, Dr. Farias suffered an acute stroke that may forever impact his life. He is currently hospitalized and awaiting transfer to an Acute Rehab Unit. All funds collected will be used to cover out-of-pocket costs from this hospitalization and care for his 3 young children.
