Dr Sadaf Noreen Renal Transplant

Hi, My name is Waqas Ahmad, I am raising fund for Renal transplant of Dr Sadaf Noreen, She is my Sister in law, in her late 20,s. she is diagnosed with IGA nephropathy in 2021 tried every possible treatment but progressed to end stage renal disease, Now she needs transplant for which the fund raising is needed. She is a hardworking person despite suffering from physical disability she became a dentist a highly demanding field, now she is doing her post graduation in the field of Maxillo Facial Surgery , in her final year of Residency, she direly needs the fund for her surgery as at the moment she cannot afford the expenses.
