Dr. Saberi Memorial & Scholarship
We lost our dear father Mansour Saberi, MD on April 9, 2017. He dealt with his illness the same way he lived his life, with dignity, strength and courage fighting his fight until the very end.
Our father's life was devoted to helping others through healing, education and charity. He left a lasting impression on everyone he met, having the uncanny ability to relate to all. The outpouring of sympathy we have received has been so heart-felt and genuine, full of sadness and tears at the loss of such a unique person, a gem, someone who always put others before himself.
Our father always stressed the importance of education and he himself was a superb professor of medicine donating much time and money all over the world, including his native Iran. He would regularly go back and devote himself to lecturing medical students and trainee doctor, conducting conferences and caring for patients pro-bono.
In order to continue our father's legacy of dedication to the community, we have created this GoFundMe page in order to establish the Mansour Saberi Scholarship for the Beebe School of Nursing as well as honoring him with a memorial in Beebe Hospital.
