It is unfortunate that in 2021, quality in healthcare and education is a privilege that so few have received. We must understand that injustice in health and medical education is a threat to human rights and equality. The perpetual annihilation of careers of Black professionals who speak up for justice should not be normalized. We should not be shackled to silence. Thank you for your support and contribution to end medical racism. I pledge to fight for justice for me and for everyone who has not been allowed to sit at the same table.
