Dr Néstor - gotta win the fight against prostate cancer…

Hola peeps, hope everybody’s doing well.

For those who don’t know, my Pá Néstor has been diagnosed with prostate cancer in June of this year. As stressful as the news is, he’s a very positive man - always smiling and filling his soul with jokes and helping others.

In true doc Néstor style, he is super happy to go ahead with the necessary treatment. He needs to have radiotherapy in Venezuela, and as you know, all this comes with a steep price tag. There’s research into complementary therapies such as repurposed medications, diet, vitamins amongst other things, all of which he’s also needing to access.

As he can’t work for the next couple of months, part of this target will go towards living expenses during his treatment.

Pá is a truely caring, loveable and selfless human, always up for a laugh, long chat or a joke! I have no doubt his humour and positivity will see him through this incredibly difficult and scary time.
