Dr. Lauren H. Blaine’s Dream for Lucian

Hi everyone, we are Dr. Lauren H. Blaine’s work family. We have been deeply saddened by the sudden loss of our gentle friend, sister and colleague Lauren. Lauren put passion in everything she did. She made sure no one was left out. She cared for her friends, her colleagues, her patients and everyone around her. But most of all, those whose lives she touched know what was most important to Lauren: her family, her husband and the LIGHT of her eyes: baby Lucian. She always beamed when she spoke about him. She told stories about how she wanted to do everything for him to succeed and dreamed of giving him a bigger family and the BEST education. Although she has parted this world before Lucian got to understand the sweetness of his mother’s love, he definitely felt it. Not only this, but Lauren planted in each of us some of her love for Lucian, as if she knew she was going to leave soon. It’s our time now to take that love and use it to fulfill Lauren’s dream. Although money can never replace the void Lauren has left, we have come together as the bigger family she wanted for Lucian with the goal of starting a care and education fund for him. Thank you Lauren for touching our lives, and as tough as this time is, rest easy now, we’ll stay strong. For Lucian.
