Challenge OPENS April 1st, CLOSES April 9th at midnight.

Step 1: Complete Trap Bar Deadlift (preferred but barbells, DB's, medicine balls, or stones acceptable) 46 reps in under 6 minutes.
Step 2: Make a donation that is impactful to you! All gifts will be applied to the Dr. Ken Leistner Memorial Scholarship at Logan University.
Step 3: Share the 46 in 6 challenge on social media. Tag 3 of your friends who can attempt this challenge.
Step 4: Send us a photo or short video, too with the weight you used and your time.
