Dr. Kelly's Graduation Fund

I did the thing! I finally finished my PhD and I’m graduating this spring.

It's been a long, hard road and I'm so grateful for all the emotional support I've had from friends and family over the years. The next few months are full of uncertainty, as I search for a job, probably relocate for this job, and start paying off my student debt. This is the second time in my life that I've graduated into a recession, and things have been tough.

So I'm asking for some help. I've set up this fund to help pay for a few little celebratory things:

Think of it like a wedding or a baby registry, only they don't make those for childless, over-educated spinsters. I'll be buying all of these things from small, independent businesses, so you'd also be helping out some small business owners in tough times. Anything above the cost of these items will go toward paying off my student debt. Of course, these are tough times for everyone so no worries if you can't contribute; I feel the love anyway.
