Dr Jose (Cheo) Arellano Oncological treatment

Hello, our names: Andreina and Daniel, sons of José Arellano Moreno, Doctor Retiree in Venezuela, currently an Oncological patient, for whom we started a fundraising campaign to be able to cope with his  treatment against Cancer. It all began in August 2020 when he was diagnosed with Kidney Cancer from which his right kidney was operated on and extracted, his treatment consisted of the application of Chemotherapy with Sisplatin starting in October of the same year, ending in February 2021, with biannual visits in the Oncology Service where he is treated, his penultimate control was in February 2022, Being his Normal result, his control would be for August of the same year to which he was presented with the previous examinations (Tomography and MRI) these studies revealed the presence of a new image, which he is sent to do a more advanced study (CTpet) that corroborated the previous result, he was intervened again because the Tumor was advancing The Doctor cannot apply again Chemo to protect their Kidney, he’s doctor recommend the application of Immunotherapy with Nivolumab 100 mg/10 ml (Opdivo) that will stimulate the Immune System preventing Metastases from invading other organs. Due to its high cost, we started a fundraising campaign, 2 injections must be applied every 15 days(4 every month’s) approximately for a year. Our Father has always been an role model to us, loved and appreciated for his humility and vocation of service, exemplary husband (53 years next to our Mother Zaida, they prove it), unconditional friend, selfless doctor and dedicated to his profession, still in his health We appreciate all people, family, friends, colleagues, relatives and Samaritans who have made it possible that their treatment has already begun, we still have a long way to go but our FAITH and HOPE will make it possible, we count on God first and all those people who wish to do a donation and allow us to achieve the goal: our father is HEALING, the process is long.
As sons and because of the situation that our country VENEZUELA is experiencing, we had to  emigrate, we hope that with your support you will help us accompany our father, from a distance, in his fight against this evil, he’s healing will allow him to achieve his dream of sharing with his Grandson José Ángel and meet he’s granddaughter Claudia Valentina, who was born on August 2021

Hola, nuestros nombres: Andreina y Daniel hijos de José Arellano Moreno, Médico Ginecólogo Obstetra, Jubilado del Seguro Social en Venezuela, actualmente paciente Oncológico, por quien iniciamos una campaña de Recaudación de fondos para poder hacer frente a su tratamiento contra en Cáncer. Todo empezó en Agosto de 2020 cuando se le detectó un Cáncer de Riñón del cual fue intervenido y extraído su Riñón derecho, su tratamiento consistió en la aplicación de Quimioterapia con Sisplatino dando inicio en Octubre del mismo año, finalizando en Febrero de 2021, con revisiones semestrales en el Servicio de Oncología donde es tratado, su penúltimo control fue en Febrero 2022 , siendo su resultado Normal, su control sería para Agosto del mismo año al cual se presentó con los exámenes previos ( Tomografía Abdomino/pélvico y Resonancia) estos estudios revelaron la presencia de una nueva imagen, a la cual le mandan a hacer un estudio más avanzado (CTpet) que corroboró el resultado anterior, fue intervenido nuevamente porque el Tumor avanzaba en crecimiento de manera acelerada, de esta intervención y previo estudio Por Anatomía Patológica e Histo químico se determinó Metástasis de Colon. No pueden aplicar nuevamente Quimio por proteger su Riñón, los Oncologos recomiendan la aplicación de Inmunoterapia con Nivolumab de 100 mg/10 ml (Opdivo) que va a estimular el Sistema Inmune evitando que la Metástasis invada a otros órganos. Por su elevado costo iniciamos una campaña de Recaudación de Fondos, debe aplicarse 2 inyecciones cada 15 días (4 mensuales) aproximadamente por un año. Nuestro Padre ha sido siempre un ejemplo a seguir, querido y apreciado por su humildad y vocación de servicio, ejemplar esposo (53 años al lado de nuestra Madre Zaida, lo demuestran), amigo incondicional, Médico abnegado y entregado a su profesión, aún en su estado. Agradecemos a todas aquellas personas, familiares, amigos, colegas, allegados y samaritanos que han hecho posible que su tratamiento ya haya empezado, aún nos falta mucho camino por recorrer pero nuestra FE y ESPERANZA lo va a hacer posible, contamos con Dios primero y todas aquellas personas que deseen aportar su granito de arena y permita alcanzar la meta: SU SANACIÓN , el proceso es largo pero vale la pena el esfuerzo. Cómo hijos y por la situación que vive nuestro País,VENEZUELA nos vimos en la necesidad de emigrar, deseamos que con su apoyo nos ayuden a acompañar a nuestro padre, desde la distancia , en su lucha contra este mal, el SANAR le permitirá alcanzar su sueño de compartir con su Nieto José Ángel y conocer a Claudia Valentina, quien nació 4 días antes de ser operado de su Cancer Renal en Agosto 2021
