Dr. Foots’ Medical Care

Greetings,

I’m AumRa Frezel and I am a friend and coworker of John Booth for over 40 years. Recently John Booth, or Dr. Foots as he is otherwise known, suffered a stroke and is now receiving acute rehabilitation.

I am setting up this fundraising campaign to help defray some of the expenses associated with the rehabilitation as well as modifications to Dr. Foots’ post rehabilitation living space.

I also realize that this is an extraordinary time for everyone so any amount you can donate will be greatly appreciated.
