Josh was diagnosed with end-stage heart failure in November 2024. His cardiologist believes the cause is an enlarged heart, caused by a bad case of Covid. Specialists have tried all treatment options available to him, but his heart just isn’t responding.

In February 2025, his heart functions deteriorated to the point that a transplant is his only option. Due to his condition, he is not physically able to return to work.
