3 yr old girl needs surgery & Rehab

My boyfriend's 3 year-old daughter fell out of bed when she was sleeping and broke her shoulder and collarbone. The public hospital in Barbados has said it will be at least 3 months before they can get her in for the needed surgery.
The surgeon he was referred to can do the surgery at the private hospital but it will cost BDS$4500 and he can do the surgery in the next couple of days and then she will also need medications and physical therapy.
Unfortunately we need help raising the money so we can get this little girl this necessary surgery quickly to avoid further problems.
She is in pain & there's no way a little girl is going to not move her arm despite being in a sling -- and if we wait it's going to heal wrong and cause more problems.
Any help is much appreciated as we want this cute little girl well again.
And anything OVER the goal for the surgery will go for her rehabilitation and Physical Therapy....as this 3 YEAR OLD CUTIE deserves nothing but the best.
