Disabled person in need

Hello my name is Kenneth E Gobbin.
I am and have been disabled for most of my life.  I have Tourettes disorder and boarder line intellectual functioning. I was on SSI for a while, but my parents passed away and left me some money which interfered with my SSI. Now that the money is gone i  reaplied for bennifts  and i have an appeal going, but the judge who is handling my case ordered me to have a psychological evaluation done which my insurance wont cover . It cost $1500 and i only have 26 days left to get this done before my appeal time runs out.
