The Diary of Anne Frank
Donation protected
Hello! My name is Yael Jeshion-Nelson and I am directing The Diary of Anne Frank. My dear friend Olivia Martinez-Prado will be stage managing with Lexi Roth as Assistant Stage Manager. Anne is one of my heroes. Her story is one that has greatly impacted my life. Ever since I was a young girl Anne's unshakeable optimism has kept her spirit tattooed across my heart.
In this unsettling political climate it is imperative that we are able learn from her and let her fearless hope in humanity inspire us to take matters into our own hands. Art is the most genuine and vulnerable way to communicate this unrest.
To effectively produce a theatrical experience that does justice to Anne's story, we need support! Purchasing the rights, costumes, props, sets, and booking theaters, unfortunately, can get quite expensive. We are aiming to raise 2,000 dollars to help us cover these costs. We value each and ever donation as we embark on this journey to bring Anne's soul to life on stage and use her words to tell the story of all of those who have fallen victim to unjustifiable bias and hate.
