Help Rachel Rebuild After Hurricane Helene

Hi, my mom, Rachel, was terribly affected by Hurricane Helene. Rachel had just moved into her new house this spring and had started her career as a teacher. Rachel lived on the west coast in South Pasadena, Florida. She had to evacuate, and when she returned, her house was flooded with 2-3 ft of water.

She cannot return to her house and has lost most of her belongings in this disaster. Anything you can give will be helpful for my mom's recovery in trying to find a new home and replacing her belongings.
