Hello! I am a 33-year-old mom of 5. My last child was unexpectedly born with Down syndrome. We thought testing was done while I was pregnant, but come to find out, testing was never submitted. I planned to return to work right away after my six-week check-up, but my baby boy was also born with some other complications and has to be on oxygen & being tested for leukemia so he can't attend daycare. I have been out of work since September. Any funds will be used for the kids Christmas since it’s right around the corner, gas for doctor appointments and household bills until I can return to work.
