Supporting our Nation's Warriors

My name is Mike Akins. I am a veteran of the U.S. Army with a deployment to Afghanistan. I am raising money to put a race car on the track next racing season to be able to help veterans, police, firefighters, and ems. I will be donating 50% of all my winnings to organizations that help the before mentioned services. I would also be spreading the word and story of an organization called Sheep Dog Impact Assistance. Our goal is $10,000 to fund the car, new body, and wrap. This is a very near and dear cause to me. As a veteran, I have an undying desire to keep helping my brothers and sisters. Please help us achieve our goals so we can put the best car out for our veterans, police, firefighters, and ems workers. In addition to 50% of our winnings going to help these services, we will be helping getting or wounded service members of the couch and into something fun. Every week I would like to be able to bring a new wounded veteran, police officer, firefighter, or emt to a race and let them help on the pit crew and feel a part off a team again. Please please help us help our brave men and women in uniform.
