My name is Kathy Boulter. I am 55 years old, and recently moved from Midland, Tx. to San Angelo, Tx. to live with my parents after 6 months with no job & no insurance due to a downturn in the economy in Midland.
Unfortunately, after I got here I was diagnosed with Stage 1 Endometrial cancer & high blood pressure. Because I have no insurance I do need help with medical bills, tests & possible surgery.
