Stroke relief for loving mother & wife (+family)

During March 2020, a week after my sister’s 6th birthday, my stepmother Aubrey Toquero (41) suffered from a severe stroke (which led to 5 major surgeries) and has been in chronic care at North York General Hospital since and is on the waitlist for rehabilitation.

My siblings Shamae (19), Eibo (18), Isabel (6) and I have not been able to see her since March, and my dad (Danilo) has been her sole family caregiver due to the hospital’s COVID-19 regulations. Although my dad has been able to manage living expenses and my stepmoms care payments so far, over time it will become increasingly difficult as their living expense are currently 4k$+ a month (this includes rent and my stepmoms care).

The purpose of this campaign is to help raise funds, which will go directly towards her care, rehabilitation, and basic living costs for my family. Any new updates regarding her status/condition will also be posted.
