My brother and father of three has recently been hospitalized with severe congestive heart failure at 51 years of age. He has been a very hard worker all his life and now is incapacitated by this illness. He will require IV medication at home while waiting to have a pacemaker inserted or possible future heart transplant. The medication is Milrinone which is thousands of dollars per month. He is diagnosed with atrial fibrillation as well and will require Eliquis and Entresto which will also cost about $1000 per month. 
He has no health insurance as he was a sub contractor whose employer didn't offer health insurance. He struggles to breathe and do simple daily tasks that we all take for granted. 
His situation is urgent as he has been hospitalized now for about two weeks and is likely to be discharged home under these circumstances without being able to work and care for himself. Please donate any amount that you can.
