In memory of our much loved husband, dad (and father in law) and grandad. Who we sadly, suddenly and peacefully lost on Sunday 24th August.

Dad was diagnosed with Vasculitis 8 years ago when it attacked his kidneys. With great care and a treatment plan, a couple of relapses he had been in remission.

Unfortunately along with infections, recently the vasculitis started to attack his lungs. He battled his last 4 weeks in hospital, and put up a good fight and was reacting well to his treatment plan for vasculitis.

Though it wasn’t meant to be due to a water infection and sepsis creeping in.

We would like to thank Dr Vernon, Dr Hoefield and their team at St James for dad’s ongoing care over the last 8years for his renal vasculitis.

Also a thanks to Dr Shah and ward 27 for their care when dad was admitted to Pinderfields, and for giving us an extended 4 weeks with dad. Thanks to Roo and her team at Ward 11 Dewsbury who made dads end of life as peaceful as possible and supporting the family.

The less said about ward 45 at Pinderfields the better!!!
