On Sunday, September 7th, our family faced the unimaginable — a devastating house fire. My uncle’s home, which was also the original Dockery Homestead and our grandparents’ house, was completely destroyed. Two of our uncles and our disabled cousin lived there.

We are deeply grateful that everyone made it out safely, but they lost everything.

Unfortunately, there was no homeowners insurance. Due to the age of the home, no carriers would provide coverage. This means they are truly starting over from scratch.

We are raising funds to help them begin rebuilding their lives and navigate the difficult road ahead. Any donation, no matter the size, will make a difference. And if you are unable to give financially, your prayers and support mean just as much to our family.
