Dwight Douglas Mc-Connell, 65, passed away unexpectedly the
evening of May 13, 2024, at UPMC Jameson Hospi-tal.
Dwight was born Jan.
2, 1959, in Ellwood City
Hospital.
He was the son of the late
Charles Frank and Lillian An-
dren.
In addition to his wife of 45 years, Dwight is survived by two daughters,
Trisha A. (Paul)
Stunkard and Angela E.
McConnell, both of New Castle; three brothers, Charles "Clem" (Joyce)
McConnell of Portersville, William (Elizabeth) McConnell of Washington Grove, Md., and Thomas (Bonnie) McConnell of New Cas-tle; three sisters; Carol (Harry) Markovitch of

McConnell. Dwight was married to the love of his life, Sondra (Frazier) Mc-Connell. They were married Jan. 6, 1979. Mr.
McConnell attended Arlington Avenue Free Methodist Church.
Mr. McConnell was the owner of McConnell
Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning for 35 years. Dwight retired just this year as an Operating Engineers with the Local 66. He most recently worked for Bobosky Concrete and Asphalt as a truck driver. He enjoyed hunting and fish-ing, boating and camping. He also enjoyed collecting coins. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends, especially his kids and grandchil-
Slippery Rock, Pam King of Princeton, and Kathy Anderson of Madison, Ohio; four grandchil-dren, Dylan Stunkard, Julianna McConnell, Landon McConnell-Quear, Nevaeh Mc-Connell-Quear; and numerous nieces and nephews that he loved dearly.
Mr. McConnell was preceded in death by both his parents and grandparents.
Following in his wish-es, there are no calling hours or services scheduled at this time. Local arrangements were entrusted to the Noga Funeral. We are raising funds to help with the unexpected loss of Doug McConnell, anything will help, and will be much appreciated!
