As many of you know, Doug has been in the hospital since September 1st. Doug was initially admitted for surgery, but some complications arose. The surgeons were able to finally complete the surgery and it was successful. Doug’s medical team is very optimistic about his progress. That being said, he has a long road of recovery.

Seth, Shawn, Liza, Henry, Rachel, and I have been holding down the fort over these past days.

Whether you know Doug from Bourbon Pride, somewhere in the fruit loop, the Phoenix, the Lantern, or as Boudin’s daddy, he’s a friend to all of us and he could use some assistance. He would never ask for help, so I’m asking on his behalf. I’m sure he’ll fuss at me later about it.

We know everyone would like for Doug not to worry about finances and to focus sole on his recovery.
