"Dougy"  7*12*18 Doug Deering was in a car accident. He is in the ICU and in critical condition. He has bleeding on his brain, a fractured neck, jaw, shoulder, and multiple facial fractures and lesions. He has a long list of injuries, but his recovery will be longer. Doug is a "fly by the seat of his pants" kind of guy, but would give you the shirt off his back, and his last dollar if you needed it. We are asking for help for him and his family- Jenny and the kids. He was the soul provider for his family. He has been in a medically induced coma since the accident. The doctors pulled him out a little yesterday- 7*15 to see if he would respond. HE DID! He squeezed Jenny's hand and gave a thumbs up. What this means- we're not quite sure but we will take it! He had to be sedated again, but his body needs to rest. Doctors seem to be confident he will pull through, and so do we:) His road to recovery will be long, anything and everything is greatly appreciated. Thank you ~ The Deering/Fritz family
