Doug Buron Recovery
Donation protected
On September 11th, my dad, Doug Buron was rushed into the ER with what turned out to be an aortic dissection. He had emergency surgery the next morning, at about 6am. The surgery finished at almost 1pm, and he had pulled through like a champ. He was taken off of the ventilator that night, and sitting on the edge of the bed. He has been given a good prognosis and it's looking like he'll come home tomorrow (Sept. 17th). The recovery is expected to be about 6-8 weeks. During that time, he'll be missing out on some speaking engagements that he had lined up since LifeChurch Silicon Valley shut its doors in June. Debbie will also be taking some time off of work, and will only be receiving a portion of her normal salary while she's taking care of him. As financial stresses should be the least of their concern, your financial blessings would be much appreciated in this rough time. Some of the finances could be used immediately, and some will be helpful in the long term. Rest assured, Doug is in his normal, good spirits, and is thankful for the love, prayers, and support that he's received since this all happened so suddenly.
